Mine had gotten so bad I had to replace an installation of the cable six months ago, but I still had a lot of corrosion on the wire. L 'Corrosion is the ground wire from contact and stop "at the end of the circuit," which are necessary to restart the engine and the battery while driving. Here is a work around temporarily out of necessity, in order to get to safety. Please note: The battery is good. Liquid is within a reasonable level.
